That was all Margaret Snow of Orangeburg could think of as she looked around at the large group of people gathered in what one state official said is arguably one of the best senior centers in South Carolina. One room and an annual budget of $5,000 was all she had to begin with, but the first executive director of the Orangeburg County Council on Aging was determined to make it a success.
